Privacy Policy

Account data (name, email, avatar) when you sign up; submission data you provide about your tools; and usage data such as pages visited, referrer and approximate region, collected via privacy-friendly analytics.

To operate the directory, review submissions, process payments, send transactional email (such as review results and badge checks), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and lightweight analytics to understand aggregate traffic. See the Cookie Policy for details and controls.

We rely on service providers for hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and sign-in with Google. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our data-processing agreements.

Account and listing data is kept while your account or listing is active. You can request deletion at any time; backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to processing, by emailing support@huntifyai.com. We respond within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what operators need, and credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to support@huntifyai.com.
